How To Send In Your Photo.

Lighting and Background:

Natural Light: Take your selfie in soft, indirect natural light—by a window or outside—avoiding direct sunlight or indoor lighting for the best results.

Neutral Background: Try to find a plain, light-colored background (like white, gray, or beige) that isn’t too busy or colorful.

Best Time of Day: Snap your photos in the morning or late afternoon when the natural light is softer and more even.

Dress Code and Hair:

No Makeup: Please keep your face makeup-free so we can get the most accurate look at your natural tones.

Show Us Your Hair: If your hair is long, just pull it in front of your shoulders.

Neutral Clothing: Wear a simple, neutral top (think white, gray, or beige) to keep your colors front and center!

Photo Angles and Distance:

Head and Shoulders: Send us a clear headshot that shows your face, neck, and shoulders.

Multiple Angles: If you can, include a front-facing shot and both profile views (left and right). This is especially helpful if your hair color varies from front to back.

Zoom In: Make sure the photos are clear and sharp, not too zoomed in or blurry.

Calibration:

Please include one photo with a dollar bill on your shoulder so we can calibrate your colors. If you're outside of the U.S., no worries—we can work out other options!
